1. Nationality: Applicants must be citizens of the People's Republic of China.

2. Political & Moral Qualifications:

• Uphold the leadership of the Communist Party of China

• Demonstrate good moral character and legal compliance

• Exhibit social responsibility to serve the nation and people

• Possess well-rounded development (moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, and labor education)

• Show potential to become future societal leaders and professional elites

3. Health Status: Meet the health examination standards set by the Chinese government and Tongji University.

4. Academic Qualifications (must satisfy one of the following):

• Bachelor's degree recognized by the state with ≥3 years of work experience (calculated from graduation date to September 1, 2026)

• Vocational college diploma or undergraduate course completion certificate with ≥5 years of work experience

• Master's/Ph.D. degree with ≥2 years of work experience

5. International Degree Holders:

• Must provide the Overseas Degree Certification from China's Ministry of Education Service Center for Scholarly Exchange

• Must meet equivalent academic requirements as stated in Condition 4

6. Future Industry Leaders EMBA Additional Requirements:

• ≥8 years of cumulative work experience

• ≥4 years of management experience
  (Exceptional candidates may receive conditional flexibility on work年限 requirements)

7. Cross-Strait EMBA (CSEMBA) Special Requirements (For Taiwanese applicants only):

• Must hold valid Taiwan residency documents AND either:
  • "Taiwan Compatriot Travel Permit to Mainland China" OR
  • "Taiwan Resident Residence Permit"

• Must first be admitted by National Sun Yat-sen University (Taiwan) before registering for:
  • "Mainland Universities Postgraduate Admission Examination for Hong Kong, Macao & Taiwan Students"
